b) Permanently shut down the website until full payment is received.
Late payments may result in additional fees, as specified in the invoice. Clients will receive prior notice before any action is taken regarding website suspension.

6. Website Maintenance & Support
Maintenance services are available under separate contracts. Any modifications outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.
